This example showcases a request from a client to create an end to end solution for their needs to manage their Project Management Office.
The client manages multiple project managers (around 60 people all over the globe), they need to be able to get submissions for new projects, approve them, get updates on the ongoing projects, and gather all the high level details on the deliverables, KPIs and Risks related to each project.
Currently this implies several hours of manual work, follow ups and meetings to gather all the information every update cycle.
The client would like a tool where PMs can input the information for their projects and that they can approve and manage the whole program.

Currently this process takes multiple hours a week to all the team members and around 8h just to the PMO a week.
They are manually sending all the information, having meetings and gathering details in multiple documents or tools.

This solution will requiere the use of Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
