Email SeQuence
This example showcases a request from a client to automate a sequence of emails.
The client had a list of email related to an internal training program, this program runs every week, and new employees can attend just by requesting access through the form of the program.
The email sequence consists in three emails sent one after the other, with two working days in between, the emails are a simple welcome, attach information and a last reminder.
All employees that join the program get those emails based on when they joined, but the dates on when their training happens is the same based on the week they joined.

As is State
Currently this process takes around 1h a day to the client, more than 260 hours a year.
They are manually sending all the emails, personalizing names, and following the given process to update.
Mistakes on updating the emails sent, making employees get the same email multiple times.
Forgetting attachments in some emails, making for more work and delay.
